In September I purchased a Forex Robot software, to see if it could make me any money from the currency markets!
Forex Robots, also known as an Expert Advisers, are used to automatically trade the money markets, which frees you from having to sit in front of your computer screen.
After about five weeks running on a demo account, I was rather disillusioned by what I had purchased.
I won't name the robot but just say, it watches four currencies at the same time.
There were very few trades (9) and it was showing a small loss ($27).
At this point I was not impressed, so I requested a refund of my hard earned cash.
I then decided to have a go myself and place my own trades, even though I know nothing at all about the ins and outs of the money markets.
I purchased an 'how to do it course' and started to trade on October 19th 2009 with pretend money using a demo account.

I am amazed at these results, as I actually still know nothing. I have just been following the charts and trends as instructed.
All my life, I have always been able to make anything except money, so could things be changing?
I hope it continues when I open a 'live' account!
